Fantastic attorney! We went into court and won on all of our issues, Michael is a skilled litigator, I recommend him highly without hesitation and would definitely retain him again if I needed a family law lawyer.

I was very optimistic going to Mr. Warch for my divorce as I had a friend who was in the wrong in his divorce and said Warsh was able to help him. What I found out what that this man has no moral code whatsoever and his loyalty to his client is also not valued, in short he just wants your money. Stay far away its surprising he isn't shut down yet. Hopefully soon.

Mr. Warsh is the master of divorce break-down. What should have been a simple aimiable divorce stretched over several years. Unreasonable requests and actions by Mr. Warsh ended up costing both parties tens of thousands of dollars. He has no compassion for his clients, only a desire to stretch the proceedings out as long as possible to pad his bank account!

Renewed my faith in lawyers! Excellent communicator, can read between the lines, served me, the client, with clear and succinct communication, in layman’s terms. Michael was exactly what I needed to accomplish what needed to be done....I was in a very serious situation, being harassed and threatened by opposing council and Michale jumped in was able to defend me, time and time again (opposing side was constantly trying to take to me court) Each time we went to court, as the respondent, the claimant left with LESS then when he walked in with. Super impressed with Michael and will definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a family law attorney! Especially if dealing with sensitive issues, like abuse, child with disabilities, Supervised Accessed, etc.

I picked Mr.Warsh for a very bad divorce over a large settlement asked of me. I wanted someone aggressive/wouldn't back down for me. I got exactly that. He really came to shine in the courtroom, he thinks very quick and is sharp on point. He is not the best at explaining in plain terms, but if you have some legal knowledge yourself he is very open to suggestions on how you would like to proceed. He is not cheap and can spend a lot on time having him properly prepare for things. But in end I end I couldn't be happier with the final settlement. In another case over custody, I was very happy in the end as well. What Michael suggested was very costly but it ended exactly as he promised. Which I was very happy with. I would suggest Mr.Warsh if you have moderate legal experience already and are not afraid of escalating turmoil with your opposition. Pick one of Mr.Warsh's associates like Trish Goulet if you are on GOOD terms with your opposition.

Cost thousands, achieved nothing. Barely kept me informed. Schmoozy and ineffective. I could have reached settlement ages ago by just speaking directly with my ex.

I have had the privilege of using the services of Warsh Law twice in my life, both successes, however Michael and Trish along with staff are awesome to work with and even if I had lost, I would still have rated a top rating simply because great value for service. Knowledgeable in law, responsive and understanding. As for the comment about reviewing submissions, this is a given and always provided for my input keeping me in the loop the whole way before filings. He talks the straight and while we may not always get an outcome we want, it doesn't make the services less. Law is law and all circumstances are different. If your looking for a fighting chance in the the game of law...this is the team I recommend.!

After spending tens of thousands of dollars, I got absolutely nowhere. Only concerned about having his retainer topped up. Total waste of money. Would not recommend Michael at all.

Mr. Warsh provides excellent legal advice. He is very thorough and provides information in a timely manner. He listens to concerns and is sensitive in his responses. He works very well with the Elderly. He is patient and understanding. The staff who work with him are also knowledgeable and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Warsh to anyone who requires prompt and excellent legal services.

Michael Warsh is excellent in all respects. He worked with us patiently and thoroughly, always promptly returning messages and responding to questions. He was incredibly skilled (as was his assistant) in working with our elderly aunt who was hard of hearing and very anxious. I recommended him to several others who have reported that he was able to succeed in family leagal situations that had previously been unsuccessful.

Someone else rated his tenacity high, I would agree though that tenacity might be mostly about making money. I had very clearly defined agreements with him about his fees and he still didn't abide by them. Unfortunately, a typical greedy lawyer. Presents well but is basically interested in getting rich, or maybe richer.

Mr. Warsh will cost you big bucks, to do what others will do for 60% less. Find someone else. If you do use him, READ all notices and consent orders CAREFULLY before you let him submit them to a court. I will never use his services ever again. I got screwed TWICE thanks to him.

Will take advantage of anyone he can to maximize his profit. Has no interest in winning or time management, only his bill to the client.
