Rick Merrill showed up late for every court appearance scheduled when he represented my wife, for DUI. He consistently gave out bad advice, such as councilling against entering a rehab for alcohol abuse, also recommending to NOT appear in court at a summons. This man is the epitome of SHYSTER. Make a long story short. My wife got 15 months in jail. Mr Fredrick Howard Merrill AKA Rick Merrill sure made it a point to get his fee up front. Scum of the Earth.
