This attorney is very bad. He does not know the law. He tried a double jeopardy, in fraud, and without jurisdiction, after the case had already been removed to federal court, and had been dismissed by the federal court judge. When he was recused, he refused to step down. When he was recused a second time, he got a buddy from Santa Cruz County to write an order on his behalf denying the recusal. The two were both graduates of Santa Clara University law school. Stafford currently has an $11Million civil law suit filed against him in US District Court for violation of civil rights to an elderly, handicapped, widow of a US Navy Veteran. Although Stafford was retired from the bench, they brought him back to fill a vacancy, without the election or consent of the people. If you get this guy as a judge, recuse him immediately.
