If you don't mind going to a lawyer who would clearly rather be representing your ex-spouse, this is the lawyer for you! My client file was misplaced at EVERY meeting we had - which caused at least a 15/20 minute delay to the start of every meeting... of course, that's on top of the amount of time he would make us wait in the waiting room, just to be called back into the meeting area. His staff member, Cathy, was amazing. She was sympathetic to my situation.. She would repeatedly apologize for how late Attorney Barbieri was, for my meetings.. and when I spoke to her, she actually listened. Unfortunately, when speaking to the attorney, he would often tell me that my concerns were "unnecessary" or "not important." At $300+ per hour, that wasn't the experience I had hoped for. I would NEVER recommend this attorney.
