In my opinion, and based upon my dealings with Joel, he failed to represent the interests of his client. He was rude and condescending in his interactions with his client and failed to follow-up issues that were central to the case. He is also a very poor communicator. There is nothing positive I could say about Joel’s abilities or services as an attorney.
