Very rude , files frivolous law suits, just to collect attorney fees. Furthermore, he gets more than the client out of the suit! Pick another attorney!

This lawyer was a nightmare. He was rude and unprofessional. He threatened me and ended up doing more harm than good. I told him I did not want to settle so he settled behind my back. He had already recieved a check from the opposing side before he even drew up a settlement agreement. He had even told the judge that the case was closed and I had settled without me agreeing to anything. Eventually he threatened me and told me that if I didn't sign the contract, which was completely complementary towards the other side, then I would be counter sued by them for wasting their time. He never took a depostion and the entire case was done without my knowledge or consent. He ended up making more money that I did and cashed his check 2 months before I knew it existed. He never showed me any paperwork and the only reason I found out my case was closed was because I got an account with PACER. He was mentioned on rip-off report and the website says it all.
