I have retained Dan Spielfogel in at least two cases that successfully settled in my favor. He's highly knowledgeable about all aspect of the law, but especially in his practice areas. I have found him to be generous with his time during consultations. He is straight forward about your case, and he's is easy-going but sharp as a nail when it comes to negotiating with the opposing side.
I've come to rely upon Dan for legal advice or legal referrals through the years. I often refer him to anyone I know who could use his services and they are always happy I did.
