If you are sensible enough to review lawyers, prior to hiring one first. Then run from this lawyer! Arrogant, and will go through your money faster than you can make it. Disaster!

I found Wade Smith to be very fair and factual. My separation was not complicated, and Wade stepped up to bat for me.

This lawyer did nothing for me. Except flirt with me. I suspect he didn't even read my documents as he was entirely unprepared when we went before a judge. My next lawyer won my case for me -- and costs as well. My case was pretty straightforward and easily win-able. Instead I wasted about $5k and months of time on Wade Smith. My advice to others contemplating hiring him: Run in the other direction.
