On my god is that all to familar.He gave me wrong advice from start to finish never returned calls and forget documents at court date. He caused me more greif then i already had. Total flake who told me his wife cheats on him took jewelery and rifles for collaterall and put the moves on my wife at hearing. The most unprofessional no service moron i ever met.

Would never return calls, I met with him less than 1 minute prior to my first hearing, I have record of 15 calls and 9 emails where his secretary said he would call me back and never did. He also made false disclosures about his fees and charges. Thank God I changed lawyers and ammended his botched paperwork.

I do not believe he ever worked on my issues even though he states i was ok with my work trailer and truck only to find out the trustee placed a lein on them. Dave did not return over 30 phone calls and just brushed me aside to his assistant.. He also took a gun as collateral til i paid him in full a week later. Told me my work truck was exempt thus i didnt claim a 10k debt on the motor only to find out different after the fact. I would never recommend him to anyone. he really only cares about the money not the people..
