The same thing happened to me. The trustee grilled us because of all of Sunita Sood's mistakes. She messed up on basic facts and couldn't even pronounce our name. Her paperwork is filled with mistakes and she's extremely rude. Run from this lawyer now.

Sunita is horrible. She was the mediator on my chapter 13 and wasn't on time the day we met with the trustee and had no knowledge of my case. Trustee grilled us for her mistakes and to top it off she couldn't explain to us in englsh what docs were still need? I would rate her a zero on all. My last encounter with her was in Nov 2011.

Horrible attorney! Not professional. Tons of typos in my prenuptial agreement- where they copied another clients agreement and forgot to enter the correct names! Would NOT recommend to anyone. Worst experience ever! $1500 for a 5 minute meeting with no sound legal advise. My prenuptial agreement took over 3 months to complete which postponed over wedding date. Would NOT recommend!!!

Weird... seems like one person really doesn't like her. I had a great experience with Mrs. Sood. She is sometimes abrupt in her manner of speaking but that is her nature. She gets things done and is very intelligent. I had a sucessful discharge of my chapter 7 and I would recommend her to anyone.

Sunita Sood and her office staff are horrible. She currently has a rating of "F" by the Better Business Bureau. She also posts fake positive reviews. I lost thousands of dollars because of her mistakes.

Sunita Sood works fast and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I had a garnishment which was stopped & even though I was not promised that the money the sheriff's department took would be returned, I do not know what she or her office staff did or said, but I did get my money back. I am extremely grateful. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends!

ATTY. Sood is dishonest, late for court, Do not return phone calls, will not inform client of canceled meetings, very unethical. Ruled by greed. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend to anyone.

I think the attorney is very knowlegable but her staff is very rude. The lady upfront is very rude and not helpful at all.

Sunita Sood is dishonest and makes huge mistakes. She refuses to show up for appointments and, like her staff, is incredibly rude. All she cares about is getting your money.

I had a terrible experience. They always have excuses, a simple case that should have taken 6 months,it them took over 2 years! I would not recommend to anyone.

Would not recommend. Quick to take your money but makes mistakes on court filings and can't get answers to important questions. Office staff is rude.
