Publicly reproved and on probation for five years, required to be under continuous care of a psychiatrist - for filing false police report. NY Times investigated and discovered he had also falsely claimed to be a dean of a law school. As well, he fraudulently used funds provided for a forensic accountant and falsely claimed that was for legal fees. Elderly, seemingly benign. Agrees with clients and yet does not perform the work. Check the CA State Bar. Rated Avoid at all costs.
