I can't believe this, but we went into the DMV hearing with nothing and he came out with the COP thanking him for doing such a good job for me! The COP said it was refreshing to see a lawyer fight for his client! The judge was near tears as he explained my case to her. I cried so much before the hearing, but now I don't know. This is my life on the line here. We'll see how it goes, but I think I picked the right attorney....

Case still going, but we won the DMV hearing. That's a good sign! I'm VERY happy. He says there may be a way out of the criminal stuff, too. 2 other lawyers that I talked with said it was hopeless. We'll see.....

He's hard to get a hold of, but he knows DUI inside and out. Gave me good advice over the phone even before I hired him. Was very flexible with financing, too.

Marty pulled me out of a very bad situation. When it comes to DUI, there is no such thing as a "simple defense"--Marty explained to me what a difficult fight I was up against. But he guided me through the maze and jungle of the legal system and got me a result that allowed me to keep driving and to keep working. My family thanks you immensely. I spoke with many other attorneys in the area, and Marty was the only one who gave me hope and at the same time, didn't want to drain my family finances to get the job done. Fees were fair and reasonable. I really felt that he cared about me and my case. I saw him do the same with a couple of other cases that he did on the same day as mine. Everyone was happy (the DA seemed a bit baffled at how he did it...)

I hired martin for a dui several months ago. What should have been an easy defense turned into a bad record that will last a lifetime.
