This joke of an attorney I hired, hands me off to some jackass that just took the bar 1 year ago. If I wanted a newbie, I would've stuck with a court appointed attorney. Not only that, but nobody did an intake, they never showed up to my appeal hearing until 15 minutes after start time, even though I was told Sanjay would be there 1 hr. Prior to discuss my case. These people are a Flippin joke! Now, they are saying I owe them money when they never even got any documents for me in a total of 2+months, what a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

This guy and one of his assistance brought me to his office to prepare bankruptcy petitions for them. I prepared 3 petitions and was not paid for my work.

I just called and was unable to come in but Sanjay & Tanya did an amazing job with starting the process of getting my dad back home. She explained everything to me and my dad perfectly to the very last detail. I am so excited and can’t wait to see my dad again! You guys are the best

I’ve been in the US for about 23 years and was having trouble finding an attorney that would help me with my citizenship. I went through so many attorneys and got screwed over. Luckily I found Sanjay Sobti! He’s been such an amazing attorney throughout the whole process ! I couldn’t thank him enough for everything he did to help me get my citizenship.

My name is Lema Lynch,this is not a review written by anyone who works for him. I myself last night just had my fiance return to US soil. He is persistant,determined,and has reuinted us as a family. My fiance was at first detained,he worked with his case all day and night at the border crossing and made it happen. Very professional and on point. I highly reccomend him as an immigration lawyer. I can assure you that every positive comment on here about Sanjay was written by someone who works for him. I am not just an upset client trying to get back at someone. This man is a scam artists and will tell you what you want to hear just to steal your money. Please for your own sake do not hire him. He is unethical and should be reported to the bar for the sheer number of clients he has retained compared to the number of trained employees he has to work on the cases. Most people who work there are uneducated and lack any training let alone proper training. He is a poor excuse for a lawyer and a poor excuse for a human. Please do not go here for your own sake. This man should be in jail for stealing people's money and hurting their chances at having proper council.

Rude attorney and his office is a chaotic mess. Wait time to see him can take hours and he snapped at me for complaining it was taking to long and kicked us out of his office. We needed help for an immigration problem these are people's lives he's dealing with and he gives zero cares.

I do not recommend Sanjay Sobti. Hired him for immigration case my sister in detention with Ice. Talked about being aggressive knowing the laws of immigration talked big talk said my sister would stay in the states. We paid him 4500 to retain him stop deportation. He didnt do nothing but stop deportation oct of last year she got denied bond in Dec of last year now six months later now shes being deported this week. His associate whom we never heard of contacted us asking for 3700 to start over and stop deportation. What!! Very disappointed! Dont waste time or money with Sanjay Sobti or his firm us law services.

I am very dissatisfied with the practice of this office. Both of my parents were suppose to be represented by attorney Sanjay Sobti. They asked for $5000 to put them in a correctional facility and leave them there. Every time I called for information I never got a response with factual information it was all consolation words. They showed no support to my parents the only time my parents saw them was when they met with them 5 minutes in Tijuana before having them turn themselves in.I advise to not waste your money and just take a shot at it by yourself. My parents did it alone. The day prior to their court date they advised us we would have to pay up another $5000 to have them represent my parents in court?! We had advised the secretary, because the attorney is never available, about their court date weeks prior and she never said anything about the extra charge. This to me is very unprofessional. The person who called me was some Brandi attorney who I had never heard of prior.

THE WORST mistake. He started out quoting $3,500 and very positive about then whole case... by the time he was done asking for MORE MONEY we paid $15,000 and the results were no better than if we had used public pretender. Always late in the beginning and then began sending his "Associate" (fresh out of school, shy as a school girl and not a clue) to every court date. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE of your life to trust your fate to this man.

I highly recommend Attorney Sobti for all Immigration matters. His staff members are professional and attentive. The same day I hired Mr. Sobti, he was able to visit my husband in ICE detention and get him released on bond. My husband was able to keep his green card and is in the process to become a U.S. Citizen.

Sanjay Sobti is an unrealizable lawyer. He’s all about talk but doesn’t get his job done. He talks all the time and constantly ask for more money but nothing is being done with the case... He drags our case on forever and when you ask him why, he rambles on with no clear explanation. He misses your court dates (there is always an excuse with him) or always arriving late with no explanation. You can never get a hold of him and when you do, he tells you that he have to go & he’ll call you back but he never does. He is extremely hard to get a hold off. His secretaries or employees don’t know what they’re doing. When you ask them questions, they’re responses is always “I have to Sanjay & will get back to you”. We made the biggest mistake of our life to have hired him. I would never recommend him to anyone! I would suggest you take your case elsewhere, do not waste your time or money on this guy. He is a joke!!

The law office of Sanjay Sobti is a good office. My son was arrested by Immigration. Sanjay explained how he would work on our case. He took our son out and now he has his papers. I would rehire and tell all my friends and family about Sanjay's office. Thanks again, Manuel G.

We hired Sanjay and his law team to resolve a complex legal matter involving removal. Mr. Sobti was quick to object to evidence presented by the lawyers for the government. The objections caused the evidence against my husband to be thrown out. His office is courteous and professional. Mellisa Y.
