I was very disappointed with Andrew Mishlove. I had two OWI's that occurred about four months apart. His strategy was to plead guilty to one quickly and delay pleading guilty to the second so there could be a year between convictions. According to him this would prevent my license from being revoked. So he quickly pleaded guilty to one which resulted in my license being revoked immediately for 8 months because after the guilty plea there were two suspensions within a year. If he had known this and waited two months, my license would not have been revoked. He simply did not know the law. The fact he has practiced DUI law (almost exclusively) for the past 35 years and does not understand the penalties is unbelievable. After my license was revoked, I lost my job of 16 years because I could no longer drive to work. To add insult to injury, the next time we met, he forgot my license was revoked. He thought it was suspended and eligible for an occupational license.

Andrew and his firm were compassionate, respectful and most of all effective. They were able to take my case and point out all of the unjust and invalid evidence. the case was dismissed.
