Dustin was amazing to work with. When a family member landed into some trouble, we did not know where to turn. Dustin took his time to talk with us and explain the process. We had no experience with attorneys but found ourselves in need of a good one and didn't know where to look. Luck was on our side when we found Dustin! One of the biggest stresses was just the fear of the unknown but after our consultation with Dustin, it felt like a weight had been lifted! My family member was facing two felonies but Dustin was able to get the charges expunged from his record and we never even had to go to court. Dustin Phillips is by far the best defense attorney in Oklahoma. I met him at what i thought was the worst time of my life. I was charged with possession of CDS, and possession of firearm while in commission of a felony. Dustin explained thoroughly what to expect. He was blunt, but also showed compassion. He never made me feel like it was just about money. He is also a superstar in the court room. I have since referred several clients to him, and all have had excellent results. I would never trust anyone with my life like I do Dustin Phillips.

Dustin Phillips literally helped save my life. That is the short description of how wonderful he is as a person, as well as an attorney. My advice is no matter how bad (or little) of a situation you may have, just call him. I thought my life would be ruined forever and he, through his knowledge, persistence with the State, and overall compassion to not see me behind bars for a very long time was the reason I am free and living life to the fullest now. When falsely inaccurately accused of a crime, I scrambled to figure out how to respond as I've never been in this scenario before. After being wrongfully charged with a crime, I hired Dustin Phillips as my attorney. I couldn't have made a better decision. Dustin is the man, he recently helped me on a case the was in pre-filing stages with local law enforcement. I was contacted by a detective regarding a situation that arose with one of my ex girlfriends from the past. She left me a msg asking to return her call and answer some questions so we could move forward. I immediately new that this would be the worst thing to do is answer any questions. I called the detective back told her i wouldn't be answering any questions and that my lawyer would be contacted her. I then contacted Dustin via his website and I was talking to him on the phone in less than 30 minutes. Great guy, very intelligent and will answer any questions you have promptly and professionally. Dustin recently got 3 felony charges against me reduce to a single deferred misdemeanor. Dustin kicks butt, and when the prosecution tried to bump up my bond to an insane amount, he demanded a lower bond. That alone saved me enough in bail bond fees to almost pay for his entire retainer. (To me, that gives him a bonus in both tenacity and value right there). Dustin was extremely patient in answering my hundreds of questions over the entire ordeal (even the stupid ones), and always got back with the answers I needed in less that 24 hours (though mostly his responses were immediate). When my case went into overtime and he had to spend more time than expected on my defense, I offered him more retainer, knowing that he had set his retainer too low, but he refused it on ethical grounds. I do not have experience with any other attorneys, but can't see how any other lawyer could possibly do a better job of defending client.

Mr. Phillips (Dustin) should be on the short list of anyone seeking legal representation in Oklahoma.
