Zach is who you want as your attorney, because it's obviously knows exactly what he's doing. Hes got a style that gets you in good with the judge. He stood up for me with cases with two judges, and you can tell they like him.

Zachary Townsend has been my lawyer for over a year since I first met him asking for help.
He will listen to the problems people have needing help, review evidence thoroughly, give you the best advice he can & he will do everything possible in court so it's a fair hearing/trial. He is worth every penny hiring him.
He keeps his clients updated on everything as much as he can (which is almost daily but definitely weekly), he is always a phone call/text message away & he truly cares for his clients seeking justice.

Attorney Townsend was just the guy I needed for my case. Knowledgeable, hard working, and personable I always felt like I was in the best hands possible. He really fought for me and gave me the confidence in my case the I needed. I can't say enough good things about how he handled my divorce. It wasn't an easy process but my confidence in him alleviated some of my unease. He really was a great advocate.

Let me start by saying Pro Forma and Attorney Townsend were professionally awesome throughout my whole case. After being falsely accused, they got me exonerated the day after my birthday. I couldn't have gotten a better birthday present. if you want an effective communicator and someone to take command of your case, Townsend is the guy. Worth every penny!

zach townsend was helpful and kind.he let me know how he could help and he did a very good job in court.he explained everything to me .he always returned my phone calls i was worried about court .when i talked to him i was not worried any more that was a big relieve.

I met with attorney Zachary Townsend explained my situation to him, and he let me know the flat out the good points of my case and the bad things that might be a issue. I liked the way he didn't beat around the bush.Once I decided to go on with the case Attorney Townsend was right there on track getting things filed asap. Also He kept in contact with every step of the way either by phone or text every time I needed to talk to him he seemed to be available and if not I was receiving a call back in a short time, usually due to him being in court witch is understandable meaning that it is him job, witch I understand completely. I Just want to think Attorney Zachary Townsend for making my dream of having custody of my four children come true, also taking the time to help me get the child support for my children. I would recommend American Law Firm to anyone and if your looking for a attorney that's going to be hard working and takes pride in his work just ask for Attorney Zachary Townsend

Very poor communication, kept trying to get a hold of him and rarely got any response. Was several hours late for a court date and didn't file needed documents. Received bad information from this firm which will cost several thousand dollars to fix, with a new lawyer. Won't return phone calls or fix the mess his firm caused. I'm guessing the bad information was to keep us on the hook for more money. Finance dept is quick to call though.

Had to change him out as my lawyer, appeared he wasn't doing anything unless I pushed, come to find out from my new lawyer he never submited for child expenses or even for child support during the course of the divorce during the intial filing or the petition for temporary relief. Does not return calls promptly. Did not communicate with me regarding my divorce and custody case unless I specifically asked. Never notified me the opposing parties lawyer had requested a meeting, but was quick to have financing call me when it was time to renew the retainer.
