Thacker represented me my significant other & son in Family Property Dispute.Significant other & son Improper parties,never removed.Deliberately left my son a college student who lived out of state as part of this litigation to negatively affect his Credit.Did not file an Affirmative Defense or Counter Complaint.Only filed to waive jury trial.Allowed opposing attorney to file all the Motions uncontested.Did not inform me of the Mandatory Trial Date.Found out a Judgement (Public Record) was entered against all above parties from another Law office soliciting business.He filed a weak Motion of Appeal.Denied.Allowed opposing attorney to garnish wages unnecessarily.Extremely difficult to reach.Did not communicate.Confronted about Judgement Court Date stated feel free to get another attorney after the fact.The facts of Thacker's legal representation & actions in this case strongly support Collusion with the opposing attorney.Thacker should be Disbarred from practicing Law.

Found out Stephan Thacker was in collusion with the opposing attorney Joseph Fitzsimmons in a family property dispute. Thacker allowed Fitzsimmons to file all motions in this case and did nothing to counter. He did not file affirmative defenses nor counter motions. Throughout this case, Thacker was extremely difficult to contact, ignoring many of our phone calls and emails. Communication with him was limited. Would not give us our file documents at our request, even after the case was over. Did not keep his clients informed. Did not even inform us of the trial date. Consequently we were not in court to give testimony. The opposing attorney and his clients were in court, giving testimony with no opposition. The judge ruled in their favor and entered a judgment against us. Notified of this judgement by another law firm, not Thacker. Because of Thacker's pathetic legal representation, we lost ownership interest in the property. Thacker only acted like he was representing us.
