Worst GAL ever and this joker charges $450 per hour. Unreal!!! Lynn talked about herself and HER kids for two hours instead of the minor she was appointed to represent. She talked to my a**clown narcissist abusive ex for two hours and failed to see that he is a total psycho. She swindled her way into staying on our case almost an entire year and the abusive father got off scot-free. Get reassigned from any judge that suggests Lynn represent your child. DO NOT get stuck with her on your case. She will drag it out for as long as she can to cash in on your family's situation.

I don’t often write reviews of any sort but in the case of Ms. Weisberg I thought that doing so was warranted. There are no circumstances I can imagine where anyone is going to feel comfortable having someone placed in your life to evaluate your family dynamic. That being said, if there is ever a time that you find yourself in a place where it is warranted, Ms. Weisberg should be your first choice.
I could not have been more pleased with her level of professionalism. Ms. Weisberg didn’t just show up to talk to members of our family to check boxes for a report but sought to understand all the circumstances that led us to needing her services. Ms. Weisberg spoke to my children in a way that did not cause them to feel uncomfortable or threatened. The same can be said with the respect she showed the adults in our situation. When Ms. Weisberg had questions about anything her questions were direct and fair so you never felt like she was trying to lead you or trick you. I felt like Ms

Lynn was really supportive of my kids during my divorce. My kids trusted her and she was available to them even on the weekends if they needed her.

Lynn helped me through a difficult process. She was always responsive, and willing to listen and help find the best solutions for my children. Her knowledge of custody issues allowed me to navigate a very challenging process. I believe Lynn helped speed the process to in finalizing the Allocation Judgment and Parenting Plan allowing everyone to move on.
I recommended Lynn to anyone I know who is in the unfortunate situation of facing a divorce, and I will continue to do so. I trusted her with the most important things in my life (my children), and I would not hesitate to do so again.

AVOID Lynn Weisberg!!! She is a fraud and should be avoided at all costs. She represents herself as fair minded but nothing can be further from the truth. She does NOT conduct anything close to an objective evaluation. She is prejudiced against people who live in the City; preferring children to be raised the suburbs. She favors wealthy men over the single, working mothers. She regularly sides with (the client of) the law firm who recommends her and for whom she regularly works. She could care less about the interests of the child she represents.

She is so bias best thing is to not choose her. I agree that she is a PAS lawyer and needs to step down. Someone please start a petition and I will b the first to sign. She has to be the most bias GAL I have ever met and she also does not do what is in the best interest for the child I will b contacting the BBB and filing a civil suit against this B! Unfortunately GALs like her children slip through the cracks of the system. Please please please I beg all people out there do not pick this woman as your attorney she is terrible. She puts too much stock into cases from her personal life. She is terrible horrible person.

Lynn is a novice regarding PAS and is biased. She jumps to conclusions and does not conduct due diligence. She has caused harm to my children and my family. She should not work with complex cases because she is a closed minded individual without the proper psychological understanding to address todays problems and issues. Please encourage her to step down and get out of the GAL business. She is dangerously ignorant.
