Virgil represent's the Real Estate portion of our Estate claim. The tenants have failed to pay the property taxes and the insurance and refused to sign a contract and Virgil puts off my questions for months at a time .. His secretary said he doesn't have email they go through her and you have to schedule phone conferences weeks in advance just to speak with him, when he does speak with you, there is no result and your back to the same problem to begin with, we are trying to close this estate after 2 years and he is just prolonging to gouge more money out of the estate account. I cannot tell you how disgusted Iam and how stressful he has made this situation. please reconsider before hiring him.
