Having never dealt with a firm or an employment matter, my anxiety was very high contacting Monkhouse. I was assigned to Daniel Pallag and he immediately made me feel at ease from the start. Daniel was very knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. Any document I requested from the opposing side, he obtained for me. When I received documents that I didn't understand, Daniel would get on the phone without hesitation and explain them to me word for word. Not only was he professional, but he was also social. He remembered to ask about silly things like my new puppy; comments like that make a client realize that they are more than just a number at the firm and it is extremely comforting when dealing with a stressful situation. I hired the services of Monkhouse law firm to plead my case for unfair termination from a large public organization. After losing my job, my biggest concern was to seek a fair trial while not going into debt with large legal fees. Monkhouse law firm was unique in a way that it offered me a contract that shared the risk that I would only pay the fees to Monkhouse law firm if we won the case. It assured me that I will not have to borrow any funds to pay legal fees and we have mutual interest.
Throughout the course of my legal claim, I was impressed by the way Andrew Monkhouse and his associated dealt with me. They combined facts from story with references from other legal cases to put together a compelling case.
When I was fired by past employer, they offered a minimum severance. After several rounds of negotiation conducted by Monkhouse, my past employer increased the offer by 10 times the initial offer.
