I hired Richard Abdallah family lawyer by looking at his rating. His approach was professional and mild mannered. But that's all he is good for. I paid him 5500 to change the venue from sacramento to merced. He never filed for my venue change. It was late to find any other attorney as my ex had filed for motion so I ended up hiring him. He mis quoted me the date of my trial. I think that hurt my case and my reputation I front of judge and when I argued him why he did it. He said it was no big deal I got a new date. But the new date cost me more money and I looked so careless not showing up for my court dates. I later learned that Mr abdallah went to third tear low class law school and his knowledge base and temperament is par low for the standards set for a decent attorney. Please look else where before I hire him. If you want attorney who shows up for your case than look elsewhere.

RUN FROM HIM AS FAST AS YOU CAN, & HIS BROTHER Mitchell TOO!!! They took a retainer of nearly $8,000 to protect me from forclosure and eviction. Promised to represent me in court to oppose a demure, but cashed my check, then said they were too busy using my retainer 2 move 2 nicer offices, didn't show up in court, so judge ruled against me, with prejudice!!! They were also supposed to protect me from eviction if it came to that. Because of their gross negligence and malpractice, it came to that!!! I was evicted from my home of 33 years!!! ANd they refused to do anything for me, even told me not to bother calling them, & they would charge me $100 per phone call, even if it was a 30 second message! They never called me (I still have same phone #), & I never never received an accounting, & could never find ANYTHING filed!They just took my money & ran! Read through all these comments, & see the common pattern 2 almost all of them! Hold on tight 2 your check Book, & run 4 your life!!!
