Look elsewhere. Greenville has better attorneys. I recommend Kirk Lambert. This one is like most attorneys, he will tell you what you want to hear to rope you in and then it doesn't seem to ever go as he said.

I hired Jay Audino to handle an extremely convoluted custody case with many elements involved. Mr. Audino is professional, caring and proactive. He took a lot of time to understand my situation and he and his paralegal, Lisa have worked with me in keeping me informed, always keeping my finances a consideration. Jay's mannerisms are polite but in the court room he is just as quick of a thinker as the best that Pitt county has to offer. I would highly recommend Jay Audino as a family attorney. The entire Miller & Audino group has been wonderful to deal with. If you have an emotional family issue and need trustworthy legal advice, give him a call. He will work hard for you.
