Seemed nice at first. Talked my ear off about cases he won 20 years ago. Overpromised with respect to my claim, and utterly and completely failed to deliver. As far as I can tell, neither he nor his team did any work whatsoever after issuing my claim. Dim-witted and disorganized, and gouged me with invoices. Useless. Had to fire him, because he just went into hibernation on me.

This guy is a complete fake he had me do all the leg work and investigating. I also had to write all the letters to the companies I was fighting with. He was no help at all. Never use this creep.

Mr. Himelfarb first comes across as a very intelligent lawyer, however, months after work was done for our firm, it was established that the file was never completed. When confronted he made all sorts of excuses.
