This lawyer is terrible. All her advice is designed to increase the conflict between you and your ex. She is really good at making mountains out of molehills and convinces you to litigate rather than settle. As soon as this lawyer was out of the picture and a new lawyer hired my ex and I started to work towards settlement and the conflict between us was gone.

Marni is excellent; gave good advice, didn't waste time, outlined my options and possible consequences concisely and articulately. She kept me informed, followed directives and kept good records. She was very organized, always perfectly prepared for all court appearances and able to think on her feet and respond appropriately. She clearly cared about my case and the outcome of it and worked hard to do everything right. She is very professional and intelligent, her paperwork is top notch. She dealt with the opposing lawyers professionally and respectfully while maintaining shrewd judgement and action. I highly recommend her; her charge out rate might be at the high end of the spectrum but you get what you pay for, and it's a much better value and use of your money to pay a little more to get something that actually helps you, than to pay a little less for nothing.
