Ms Funk legal services went way above and beyond any lawyer that I had dealt with in the past. Totally surpassed my expectations as a lawyer and person. My case was very involved and lengthy and best of all we won and my awards were greater then I expected with her by my side. I highly recommend Heather.

I would highly recommend Heather Funk she is very knowledgeable and thorough. She takes her time with her clients and explains what is going on so you understand and do not feel rushed. She is flexible when making appointments so that it works for the client and family. She responds to clients calls promptly.

Terrible lawyer. Dont waste your time or your money and go to someone else who knows what they are doing. I saw this lawyer twice before I realized it was a bad idea and had one of her associates help me indstead. She wastes so much time talking about herself and irrelevant things and talks you in circles and acts like she knows what she's talking about, I really don't think she does. She would also leave me waiting in the waiting room long past my appointment time. 45 the first appointment.. The second time an hour, I don't even think she was in the building and she had been the one to schedule the appointment. I realize her time is important, but mine is too!

This lawyer is a nimwit and unhelpful. She took my $5000 then avoided me and gave me bad advice. She has no idea what she's talking about. Stay away! You'd be better off hiring a bum on the street.

If I could rate Heather Funk higher than 5, I would! Heather came up with creative solutions to a difficult situation, and the resolution was better than I imagined possible. She was competent in every way, prompt, efficient, personable, and quick to adapt to changing and sometimes volatile circumstances. She was knowledgeable and straightforward about what was possible at law. She was able to anticipate outcomes and act upon them where advantageous to me. I followed her advice, and although it was emotionally challenging at times, I'm glad I did what she told me to. I am more than thrilled with the results and would have no hesitation recommending Heather to potential clients.

This Lawyer likes to play stupid in front of the Judge. She was reprimanded by the Judge several times for not knowing what she was doing. Would not recommend Heather Funk under any circumstance...

Heather was amazing!!!! She was knowledgable, aggressive and available to answer our questions. She did an incredible job fighting for me in a bitter, complicated custody dispute. She was efficient and saved me $35,000 as compared to prices quoted by other lawyers. I highly recommend Heather!!!
