My wife and I bought our very first house almost 2 years ago now. I felt at ease with him on our side, he was with us every step of the way and even had a holdback of $$ on the previous home owners. With that holdback it paid for our smoke/co detectors, trim around the addition among other things which we didn't have the money for at the time. He is ABSOLUTELY affordable, he calls you back if you leave him a voicemail, he emails you if you don't pick up the phone and when purchasing your first home you want to be able to communicate with your realtor and lawyer anytime you have a question or concern. I 100% recommend contacting him if you require a lawyer. Fantastic experience and he is still helping us EVEN THOUGH THE FILE IS CLOSED!! 10/10

He helped my husband and I with purchase of our first new home and was professional and awesome every step. We ran into some difficulties with the builder and ended up in a civil litigation. He was on top of things every step of the way and kept us in the loop at all times. He also got us exactly what we wanted - if you need an amazing real estate/ civil lawyer, Michael is your man!!!

Michael was very diligent in every aspect of my personal injury file. We ended up settling for much more than I thought I would get because the insurance adjuster first offered me 15k. After hiring Michael we ended up settling in the 6 figures so my husband and I are taking a nice vacation !

One of the worst lawyers out there. He does not listen to his clients, he does not know the law very well, the firm he is with is terrible, they just rip people off, he is simply high on himself and thinks he is really something when he is not. You would get better service for free from a student and better advice. If you want a good lawyer...remember you get what you pay for and this guy is not worth a cent.
