Going into David’s office he asked me what outcome I wanted, my reply was house arrest. I was charged with my second agg assault. The likelihood of that outcome was slim to none. Fast forward 2 years and about 8 or 9 months David brought a joint submission to the table with a CSO attached (house arrest). This man saved my life. I am forever grateful and indebted to Mr. Ibrahim and words cannot express this. Throughout these matters David was always reachable, even after hours. I was spoken to as an equal, as a friend one would dare say. The money I owed him was never held over my head and at one point due to the legal matter ahead of us I was told to worry about saving for my families well being for the time. I am now just starting the beginning of my house arrest and am able to get back to work, be around for the birth of my child and watch my young children grow all because of Mr. David Ibrahim. I'm a truck driver who was charged with trafficking contraband cigarettes, obviously I had no idea what the pallets contained as they were unmarked boxes and wrapped with black shrink wrap. I've been in the trucking business for 18 years and never thought I'd get into the mess I did. I wish I could explain how we operate and exact details as to what happened but I'm only allowed so many characters. I'm very thankful for Mr Ibrahim, he explained everything to me from worse case scenario to best. He liked my case and told me that if we had to go to trial he had no doubt in his mind that we would win the case. My problem was I couldn't afford trial so I was hoping it wouldn't lead to that. Mr Ibrahim pushed for them to drop the charges as they had no evidence of me knowing what the boxes contained. Thankful he was able to accomplish that, I'm very grateful to him. Advice to anyone who gets into trouble is just keep your mouth shut and go see Mr Ibrahim, Police are dirty.

In the early late year October 1, 2022. I got in trouble for my stupid decision which led me to court. My family made me get a lawyer which was David A. Ibrahim. He guided me through the whole process in the beginning and told me he was going to take care of it. The case was ongoing for a year and halfway through the year, I gave up. I wanted to fire David and just plead guilty. I called him and explained to him what I wanted, but he told me “Shut up let me do my job”. So I let him be.
When it got closer to the court date I was feeling pressured and stressed. The day before my court at was getting some Korean sandwiches and waiting for David to contact me about the process. I got a call from David and he told me the case got withdrawn. Thank you very much, David.

I would say David is nothing short of a miracle worker. I was up against a long list of heavy drug trafficking and firearm charges and looking at a LOT of time. Things weren't looking good for me and it was a long battle but David stayed in constant contact with me and was always keeping me updated with the case and with what I should expect. He handled cases in 2 separate provinces for me at the same time. His work was incredible and much better than any lawyer I have used in the past. David was able to get 90% of my charges dropped with his vast knowledge and expertise and was able to keep be out of prison and at home with my daughter. After reading online what the punishments for these crimes are I couldn't believe the outcome. I had two charges, one for possession and another for driving under the influence and a possession. When I first went to court I had the first charge and they wanted 15 days jail time. With both the changes the crown was asking for 45days jail. I spoke with David and was honest about everything he took the time to listen and told me that he would do his best!! He didn’t waste time and slowly chipped at it. In the end it took 4 weeks and it was no simple task even my wife said if anyone can get me off the charges it would be him judging from the reviews. Certainly she was 100% right I received a call from him and he said that he was able to get all charges dropped!! With my past charges their was almost no way I would get out of this without having any Repercussions. No Community service, fines or jail. Thanks again to David Ibrahim!! Good does not accurately describe the experience I had with Mr.Ibrahim, as well as the rest of the team at Chadi and company. LIFE SAVING would be how I would describe it. Upon facing charges for cocaine possession, Mr.Ibrahim worked hard to have my charges completely withdrawn. I don't know how he did it but the man is a magician! He was always available to answer any questions I had about the status of my case. At the time of my charge, I was 23 years old, with the rest of my life ahead of me. It's hard to give a lot of your money to your lawyer and still like him after going to prison. When I was incarcerated, most guys in there hated their lawyers. However, everyone that had David Ibrahim as a lawyer only spoke highly of him.
I had 4 of PPT wholesales, a trafficking charge and a few charges related to possession of a prohibited firearm. He got ALL charges dropped except the one PPT of a minor drug in exchange of a guilty plea and a three year sentence. He managed to get my sentencing on a convening date for me in a way to give me time to put my things in order. On the sentencing day, he managed to knock an extra 6 months of my sentence off. Mr. Ibrahim is a lawyer that you can really have faith in. He is honest and trustworthy and knows his stuff inside and out. What really stood out to me is how patient and understanding he was. Mr. Ibrahim believed me from day one and told me he would be in my corner and do his best. I beat all of my charges at trial!! His skill in the courtroom was impressive and it was obvious that he was fighting for me. Hope I never need him again but if you ever need a criminal lawyer call him!

I was in a world of criminal problems. My charges listed as follows: Drinking and Driving
Drunk in public
Assault
Resisting Arrest
Failure to appear, I believe x2 I had nowhere to go… Essentially, I had lost everything and I knew a legal aid lawyer would get me the minimal jail time sentence At best. It was explicitly clear, The Judge Wanted Jail Time.

I would like to say. Thank god I had a friend refer me to David Ibrahim. I had a serious case and was looking at some serious time. As soon as I had my first meeting I knew I was in the right hands. I was charged with possession for the pupose on trafficking. After talking to few so called “expert” lawyers regarding my case and circumstances, I was told I couldn’t expect a good result. David on the other hand took the time to actually review my case and promised he could deliver and he did exactly that. My charges were completely withdrawn. Excellent service and results from David. From the moment I met Mr Ibrahim I was in love. I've never met someone so down to earth and knowledgable. He managed to keep me at ease and calm while knowing that business was being taken care of. There is nobody I would have rather taken care of my situation. I can guarantee anyone who goes to him that you will get the best possible end result that anyone in this city could have gotten you. 100/5 rating in all aspects. David was great! I met him in Stony Plain the day I was going to plead guilty to a DUI. He knew my father and told me not to plead guilty until he reviewed my disclosure. Within 3 weeks he had the DUI TOSSED OUT!!! I thought i was done! I would have had a criminal record if it wasn't for him and I would of lost my license for over a year. I can't thank him enough. I don't know how he did it but he saved my life!
