Words cannot express how thankful I am to have chosen Lindsay Mazza to represent me. Without going into to specifics, she turned what I was told by many others to be impossible into a reality. She is brilliant lawyer with a heart of gold. In the darkest period of my life she was able to put my mind at ease. She is a dedicated professional and I would highly recommend Lindsay and her team to anyone searching for legal representation. I owe so much to you Lindsay and I am forever grateful. Lindsey Mazza is a danger to the Family Law profession. She was reckless, incompetent and clearly driven by a personal need to win. Not once did she ever consider my children’s best interests and now the situation is even worse, almost unfixable without a Judges involvement. Ms. Mazza will be reported to the Law Society.

I agree wholeheartedly with all of the negative reviews of this lawyer. She was inept, rude, arrogant and outright nasty! She does not respond well to others views and most definately does not have her clients’ best interests in mind! She does exactly what she wants with total disregard for her own client. She made many mistakes which she would never own up to or try to fix, but rather blame and criticize her own client whom she is suppose to be working for! She was very slow and does not return emails or phone calls but bills very high for everything! I was astonished the way she treated me, her client who was paying her thousands of dollars. She berated, criticized and scolded me like I was her insubordinate child and yet she was suppose to be representing me. I paid her thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing, but stress! I terminated her! Beware and stay far far away fro this terrible lawyer!!!

I had a terrible experience with Lindsey. She was supposed to provide me with advice and help me prepare my marriage contract. She did neither. During our first meeting, she did not write down any notes. I should have seen this as the first red flag. I question her knowledge and the recommendations she provided. Her correspondence with the opposing lawyer took an extremely long time and her response time was atrocious. Several hundred dollars later, I decided to terminate her services. I would not recommend Lindsey to anyone looking for Family Law advice.

Did not appear to have the knowledge expected for my family issue. Terrible communication, phone calls never returned in a timely fashion. Felt I was taking up her precious time, I'm a client paying your bills. Quality of work was questionable and took too long. Not good value for the $ but this is their tactic prolong the process to ring up the final bill. Do your research before retaining her

In my personal experience, I also agree with the other comment about incorrect evaluation of NFP. While she does seem to care initially I felt, in my personal and limited perspective, that after a while it was a nuisance to have to meet with me. This irritated me because I certainly didn't want to be there more than I had to, but then again, I'm being billed. I felt that there were too many errors along the way that resulted in corrections, which in turn resulted in bigger bills. There were many little errors along the way which resulted in my ex's lawyer arguing more and more, and probably rightly so because it made me look foolish. In retrospect I would not have personally picked this lawyer for my specific situation. These are just my opinions and yours may differ greatly as each instance is unique.

It is so true that you get what you pay for. Lindsey made a complete mess of my case. I terminated her services because of lack of results, poor communication, lack of knowledge when fairly or appropriately calculating my NFP, little to no tenacity, and for overall being a waste of my time and money. I went with another lawyer shortly thereafter who voiced she has no clue what Lindsey was thinking or doing. My case was very simple and the only task for her was to calculate my NFP and protect my interests. Instead, she miscalculated to the point that I owed my high-income-earning spouse money, and then when questioned told me "its the law." She does not respond well to suggestion or ideas, has little compassion as the entire time throughout our meetings she glared at me and wrote off everything I was saying. In the end, other legal aid and the other lawyer I hired told me all my points were valid and that Lindsey did nothing to defend these points. BEWARE!

You get what you pay for. When things got tough with my cases she tried to pass me on to another more expensive lawyer in the firm.
