I hired Mr. Okoye to fight my exemployer and their big law and I am so glad I did. Once you look beyond his accent, you will find a very smart and courageous lawyer who deeply cares about his clients. He makes you feel special. He made my shady employer pay for what they did to me. I will recommend Mr Okoye and Oak Law firm any time.

Never let Mr. Okoye represent you ! Though he comes across kind, compassionate, willing to help you, that can change without warning. That was my case. I’m a disabled 59 year old woman with numerous health issues and dependent on my two youngest children now due to Mr. Okoye’s neglect of my divorce case. He knowingly left out over 42 pieces of crucial evidence to my trail knowing full well the consequences his actions would mean to me. He not only denied me medical care despite knowing my medical issues & made my son pay for them not my ex husband. My son is a student working 9am to 1am. Mr. Okoye sabotaged my trial that I suffered 11 years for. Without any warning. I was happy the Justice at trial reprimanded him for 45 min in court. When I asked him were the evidence was, that he had in his office all along , he shook his head at me, throwing up his arms, saying “I’m done with family law”. That would have been nice if you would have warned me. I could have represented myself bette

Mr. Okoye was professional in every respect. His compassion during a very difficult time for me was greatly appreciated and his handling of my case was exceptional. Both he and his staff demonstrated a caring attitude throughout and dealt with matters promptly and courteously. Mr. Okoye listened, provided sound advice and made sure that my case had a satisfactory outcome. His fees are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Mr. Okoye and his assistant were fabulous,compassionate, and exceptionally knowledgeable with our issue. Mr. Okoye was one of very few attorneys who would take time to listen to our issue and we are thankful for that. Mr. Okoye was very honest with his legal advice , and fee scale was very reasonable. highly recommend.

I wish I googled reviews before hiring this lawyer. The same type of story happened to me. He does not like when you have questions or any disagreements in a question. He brought no supporting evidence in to court and asked me where mine was. I gave him all my paperwork over a year. Than he chose to savatoge the case and close my cases and now I have to restart again. All I’m left with is my advice. Research your lawyer before paying and trusting a lawyer. When a lawyer has the balls to savatoge one woman and yet has no balls to speak in court , well it’s easier to take advantage of weak people so do your homework before hiring because as I’m reading the reviews I cringe. The same Abusive man did to me as he did to many other Canadians posting reviews. I feel so stupid for not reading reviews from the other business owners here. Good luck people ! Beware of The Oak Law Firm.
