Thank you Sam for the help with custody. I used to be a person without status in Canada (for 7 years). Sam helped me with the custody battle against my abusive, controlling ex-spouse. Now I got my Permanent Residency and now leaving peacefully with my 5 children.

Sam handled our spousal sponsorship application; a process which spanned over two years. Since the beginning, Sam offered genuine and meticulous guidance. Mr. Sam was an amazing lawyer from the start TIL the end. My case was regarding refugee claim. It was a little tiring and long waiting time but he was really patient and easy going person. Mr Safi was a great lawyer for me he listened to what I expected and got the job done very quickly. He was always in touch with me with what was going on and why. In the end, I needed to have an order revised and he did that for me right away and did not bill me for that. Last May, 2018 a very close friend of our had passed away. My husband & I were both Executors. This friend of ours did originally have a lawyer, however, we come to find out he had become a judge & this lawyer we could no longer use him. Our son's lawyer had referred us to Sam Safi. I had never had to deal with a lawyer before, so I was very apprehensive as I did not know what to expect or what my duties were to be. However, Sam explained everything to us, and made us feel very comfortable. I am sure he explained things more than once, as I was nervous about the whole situation. There were a few things in the will that had to be ironed out, but with Sam's knowledge and to my not knowing anything, all was resolved. He was always there to answer any questions I had, & he kept reassuring me that everything will be OK. With the few issues that had to be dealt with. I would say that the Will was resolved in reasonable amount of time. We are grateful for Sam Safi's care & understanding.

Sam was assigned to me as my lawyer. I was the executor for my Grandmas estate. When she past away, he walked me through everything that had to be done. He did all his responsibilities in good time, and in the end, nothing had been missed and nothing had to be redone (which means a lot when you’re also bringing along two small children to our meetings). He also handled her estate professionally (along with my grandmas 3 children who didn’t get along). I would recommend Sam and use him again.

Thank god I found Sam. I was so nervous even having to hire a lawyer, I didn't know what to expect. Hiring Sam was the best decision. Sam Safi helped me get my 14 year old son's wants to be heard by the court and finally let his choice be awarded.
