I was horrified to find out that this man did not submit my documents to opposing counsel. I was therefore not allowed a defense in my divorce. This resulted in extreme financial loss and distress due to Mr. Bochiechio's failure to perform in a manner which I consider minimally professional. Also quite distressing was this man's disregard of the abuse I endured in my marriage. I consider this horrific for an individual practicing marital law and a man who continually describes himself as "excellent," Finally, this man used name calling and derogatory terms in courts which I consider deplorable and unforgivable. I would recommend that you stay as far away from possible from this man if you want a positive out come. I feel that you should also avoid his practice, the bouvier partnership , as they support his behavior .
