I was stopped at a checkpoint in December 2022 and charged with DUI. It took almost a year for Adam to get me out of trouble, and now it's all good. He did an excellent job and reduced my charges to a civil fine and no criminal record. This is the best outcome I could have hoped for. If you get into DUI trouble, I would highly recommend him. I can't even begin to express how grateful I am to have had Adam in my corner. I had a DUI over 80 with aggravating circumstances and was originally looking at jail time. Adam worked/fought tooth and nail to get the best outcome I could have possibly asked for (I was absolved of my charges completely!). He is incredibly well versed in all the nuances of the law, and his dedication both in and out of the courtroom was tremendous. I was charged with multiple criminal offences and I was on work permit. I luckily got reference for Adam and Fred. I handed my case to them. Honest review, STAY AWAY! Adam charged me $7500 saying he knows the crown assigned to my case then after all the talks and delay he made me plead guilty which screwed me over badly. He had the balls to ask for another $2500 day of the plea. Then he sent me this link to post a rating so here I am doing such but now lying for him. Im speaking the truth. Save your money! A few years ago I found myself in quite the trouble facing charges of bac over 80mlg. I found Mr.Little after doing a quick search for the best criminal lawyer specializing In drinking offences. After my consolation I knew that to Mr.Little was the right lawyer

I would highly recommend Adam he is an expert in the dui area. I got into a small collision and refused the breathalyzer when I got to the station I blew 3 times over. I was scared. My brother in laws neighbor highly recommend Adam as he got him off a very similar charge. I called Adam the following day and met up with him in the afternoon. Ive contacted about a dozen lawyers about my dui case before finding Adam, and with the first phone call I knew he was the one I was going to hire. I didn’t have any high hopes about my case because everyone told me just to plead guilty and don’t bother but I could not have this on my record for future reasons so I had to try. Like someone else commented he does not give you any false hopes as there is never a guarantee, which made me even more doubtful. However, Adam and his assistant kept me informed of how the case was progressing and after a year and a half of waiting while being able to still drive somehow he was able to get it dropped down to careless driving and I couldn’t be happier!! My case was probably as bad as it gets. Hopeless. I thought. My life and career down the drain. Spoke with few other lawyers, all suggested I plead guilty and get what’s coming. Had I done that it would have been the worst decision of my life (besides that other one). Adam was the last lawyer I spoke to. Adam is a very ambitious professional lawyer. No nonsense. Presented with an over 80 and DUI charge, he was very honest and presented the costs involved if convicted and the potential of overturning the charges. No guarantees. Fees were fair. Met with Adam on numerous occasions to get updates on progress of his defence. Was prompt in returning calls. He wanted to make you feel comfortable and prepared prior to trial. It was a 2 day trial and Adam was very knowledgeable when presenting his facts. He used police video evidence to our advantage and in the end had charges reduced to careless driving. After being charged with DUI and over .8 I was referred to my man Adam and another gentelman. After speaking to both I personally felt that Adam was the better choice for me. I liked how he was straight up and seemed very knowledgeable. I was charged with DUI in late 2017. The officer who pulled me over reported that I was driving erratically and went through a red light. I was advised that the offences were serious and would likely result in a criminal record, a one-year licence suspension and a fine. Adam was recommended to me and he diligently analysed my case and sought to negotiate a lighter penalty, but the Crown declined and decided to go to trial. However, Adam did a commendable job in persuading the Prosecutor and the Judge to agree to a careless driving charge, with no criminal record or licence suspension. Unfortunately I got in some trouble a year ago and was in for the fight of my life and thank God I had the help and support of Adam during that stressful time. He was attentive and knowledgeable which was really what I needed on my side at the time. When my day in court finally arrived I was too startled and shaken to take the stand in my own defense which could have been a huge detriment to my case, but Adam was cool, calm and collected and managed to get me off the hook for what could have been (and should have been ) a slam dunk conviction from the crown. Adam saved me from a having a criminal record and I will be forever grateful for his quick thinking and superior knowledge. It definitely wasn't cheap but he was worth every last dime spent for his work. If you ever find yourself backed into a corner, I strongly suggest giving Adam a call. I was recommended Adam when I found myself in some trouble. I was going to hire him however I found that he was to busy to answer my questions and he was unreliable. I asked him to take on my case and he did. When I had some basic questions I called and he was busy so He told me I could call at specific time later that day and he would give me his undivided attention. I called when he said to and he didnt answer. I left a message asking to set up another time however he never returned my call. My friend who recommended him later told me they did find Adam to be arrogant. When your facing charges you need a lawyer to take the minimum time to consult with you and if they are to busy to take your call at least call back. I ended up going with another lawyer and I am very glad I did.
