I hired this gentleman's law firm based on recommendations from my Mortgage Agent. His staff couldn't write my name properly. Once they started messing it up in the legal documents I was concerned. The staff doesn't even respond on time. At the end they sent my cert from Revenue Canada and the delay was a couple of days I snapped. Then i got a nasty email from Geoff himself trying to exonerate his staff where he should've just apologized to me.
