Robert handled my careless plea on my operation while impaired charge. He communicated with me in ample time before the scheduled court date, detailing how the court is going to go, what my plea deal entailed and what I had to do on my end while attending court via zoom. He left no stone unturned and was patient, compassionate, to the point and just an overall helpful guy. You can tell he is not just doing this for a cheque. He cares about the people he counsels and makes sure the process goes smoothly, that was my experience anyways. He reminded me before my original court date and adjournment, making sure I understood the process and outcomes and answered any question I had. He also followed up to ensure I understood my responsibility after the matter was dealt with in court. I have had a previous altercation with the law in a Sex Assault category and was lucky enough to have my Charge withdrawn thanks to Robert’s ferocious, precise and tactical cross examination of my accuser revealing the real truth’s surrounding the situation, but this time around it was my second charge and i came back to the same law office as before, Robert again was able to hold a strong argument with the prosecutors and persuade them into reducing my charge from a DUI/Over80 to a careless driving charge which is only a traffic violation with no criminal record and i didn’t have to go to court. He also skillfully negotiated the terms and conditions of my plea allowing me a tremendous amount of flexibility and comfort to lead a normal and progressive life. Robert Wulkan represented me during my call-in meeting to settle my Over 80 case with a judge. He spent a lengthy amount of time with me the day prior, going over the entire process and let me know what to expect. Robert was great. Through the court process he answered all my questions and made me feel far more comfortable with the whole process. I went from almost losing my license, to being able to use it on probation to get to and from work. 5 minutes before court, I even asked him if this included getting Gas. It didn't, but Robert worked it into the final probation order with 5 minutes notice. Can't thank your enough Robert!

Hello
So i was charged last year with DUI and high speed on the highway and i think that was the most horrible thing happened to me in my life it really freaked me out as im an international student and it can ruin my future.
At the moment i was panicked i had look for a good lawyer as my case is not easy because im not from the country.
So i met Robert-Wulkan and the very first thing i liked about them is the honesty and he brought everything to the table to show me what could happen and how he will help me.
Robert pulled every muscle in his law skills to help me get out of this and finally last week he got the case dropped to careless driving with no criminal record.

I do not know where to begin to describe the dedication and professionalism Robert Wulkan exemplified while preparing my case and representing me in court. I was charged with a Driving under the Influence, and Impaired Driving, and he was able to drop it down to a lesser charge, and with no criminal conviction.
