Moosa Jiwaji 1949-2025 - Moosa was well regarded by so many in the legal profession. He passed away on Easter Monday and leaves a legacy of service to others. Those of us who knew him were the richer for that.

I cannot recommend hiring him as a court representative for any legal matters. My husband hired Moosa in 11/23 to create a detailed parenting plan, ensure that his children could remain in their current school, and have his ex, Michelle Elliott, cover her share of the daycare costs for their two children. Unfortunately, this case proceeded all the way to trial, where he appeared unprepared. He failed to make a single objection, despite my husband urging him to do so, and did not challenge any of the evidence presented by Crystal Lawrence, Michelle's lawyer, even when false statements were made. For instance, a cropped text message was introduced as evidence, while the complete message was available in a binder prepared beforehand, yet he chose not to question it.The very 1st document that was filed was done so incorrectly.
