Superficially pleasant but easily insulted, becoming petulant and churlish. Does not proofread his work, uses templates. I strongly suggest that you read his work before signing…my document actually had incorrect and unrelated names erroneously entered. He became haughty and indignant when this was pointed out to him. Has adequate knowledge. Expensive. Dealing with Michael was a very unpleasant experience well worth avoiding if at all possible.
