I terminated Bodoh within 3 hours due to serious red flags. He asked legally irrelevant questions like “Why are you filing FOIA?” and claimed I filed “too many” and was “harassing” the agency — none of which are legal issues. He said “They can sue you for FOIA” (false) and called me a “thorn,” showing bias, not advocacy. He scolded me without reviewing my evidence, prematurely declared I had “no case,” and contacted opposing counsel quite early without my consent before reviewing any files. A lawyer’s first step should be to review the client’s evidence, not coordinate with the other side. This was one of the most unprofessional legal experiences I’ve ever had
