Seem very skilled, but when it comes down to it, they really just care about making their cash. They show up when they smell the money, disappear when its crunch time, then come back when its time to collect. Bogus. Do yourself a favor and go with a smaller firm in cases like this.

Dear Mike,
My EB-1 NIW process is complete. Both my wife and I received our permanent resident cards already.
Therefore, I would like to register here our appreciation for all your help and support during this new transition in our lives.
After having a very quick and bad experience with another attorney, I was uneasy to look for another one. I am very, very grateful to a colleague of mine at UCLA who recommended your services. Since the first contact I felt more secure about my process. And sure enough, everything went very smoothly, and the whole thing took less than one year. In nine months my I-140 was approved; two months more and I had my green card in my hands. It was very assuring to know that I was in good hands.
I would certainly recommend the Law Offices of Scott Warmuth immigration services to others seeking help to prepare their immigration process. Actually, I already have recommended your services a couple of times.

I want to deeply thank Mike for his help in acquiring a green card through the EB-2 National Interest Waiver. It was a great pleasure interacting with him, Scott Warmuth and the other members of the firm. I appreciated the knowledge and professionalism of the whole team, and his prompt responses to all my questions. In particular, I am very grateful of his advice and support through the adjustment of status stage. Thanks to his dedicated work, the first stage (the I-140) was approved the first time we submitted it! And we shall not forget that his prices were very competitive for his excellent performance. This is why I was very happy to have him presenting his firm on Campus at UCLA twice, and why I am recommending jim to all my friends and colleagues. I know several of them who were also extremely satisfied by your services.

He was very welcoming and persuasive at the initial encountering because he wants you in. Then I decided to turn my case in his hand in January. But I never heard anything from him since then. Now I have some extra time to take care of my petition. I contacted him by emails and phone calls. But the responses were very brief and sometimes none. He even does things in a reverse order. The I-140 form should be the last step as I found out from my paralegal friend. But with him, it became the first step for me. He wanted me to get the signature from our human resourses first. I have questions regarding the category he chose for me. He said I am in a good standing to apply for EB12 because I have several publications and it takes less time. Now, months past. Nothing really advanced. If I had chosen EB2 category earlier, time already counted. By the way, beware that he doesn't have a law degree. I am thinking of someone else. But the first $2000 investment is still some concern for me.

They just want to make money. They take too many cases, they get more money and you get less service. The only thing they have to do is answer your questions and at they do for a while, but after while you are by your own paying for nothing. They have to recruit more customers and they don't answer your emails or phone calls. I got one reply out of 5 attemps to contact them and it doesn't answer my question.
