This attorney is by far the worst attorney ever. If you want to loose a case then hire Michelle she is good at taking your money and doing nothing. I had an easy case and she lost it. She was very unprepared and disorganized. I will never hire her for my future cases. She was very unprofessional and was not dressed to impress at the court hearing. She always made up excuses that she was sick, family emergencies, and car accidents to not do her job. She took all my money and I lost the case she should have her license revoked.

We hired her for a modication of rights case and she did a fantastic job. I was overall impressed with her fight and determination for my husband her client. My review of M.F. was erased. Because of of her inability to conduct herself in a professional manner she cost me thousands of dollars. She he went on a sick leave for over three months during my divorce causing me terrible angst. I had no idea she was on sick leave until a month into it and only because I pressed her paralegal to tell me why she wasn’t returning calls. Teri was told to lie and say she was out of the office. I begged for an up to date bill several times. I wanted a full accounting so I could take the rest of my retainer and go to another atty. Finally we got to mediation and she was unprepared. The discovery was not there but she talked me into mediating anyway. Big mistake. She was constantly telling me she needed more money to work on my case. She robbed me of money and peace of mind. At the divorce she hadn’t read the papers which had been faxed to her office three weeks prior. I reported her to the bar but she made up bogus papers. She should not practice law.

Michelle Fulton is a terrible attorney. We had 4 appointments and she would call me 30 minutes to an hour before the appointments to cancel. Every time I would literally be on my way to meet her and she would call me to cancel. Then, she wanted to charge me more money because my divorce was taking longer than she thought it should. Furthermore, my former husband's attorney was running for a judgeship in Harris County and Michelle said she may have to go before his attorney some day and she had to pick her battles. Several of her other clients and myself have made complaints with the State Bar of Texas. Hopefully, Michelle will be disbarred and no one has to suffer because of her.

I hired this attorney to modify a parent-child relationship order where the child was in harm's way. After several months of evasiveness and what I perceived to be neglect and lack of strategy I dismissed Fulton and hired another attorney who settled the case, a very simple one, within 14 days.

Very pleased with the service from Michelle Fulton Law Firm. I was initially with a different lawyer who took six months to do absolutely nothing with my divorce. Once I enlisted Michelle, it took less than two months.

Thanks to Mrs Fulton, my brother's possession charge was thrown out of court. She was able to prove that he was not intentionally carrying some illegal chemicals and that he was falsely accused. I'll be sure to use this attorney again if we ever find ourselves at odds with the "law" or in need of legal counsel.

When I first came to her for the consultation, she made me believe that she was going to do anything to help me, then she acted as if she was the other partie's lawyer, she gave her the heads up on everything that i was trying to do without telling me, when I went to mediation she told me that I had to agree with the other party, so I did, she didn't explain that if I didn't want to agree we were going to have to go to court and let the judge decide, she wasn't organized at all, she forgot a few times what my case was about, I paid her a lot of money and she only screwed me, don't use her, there is many lawyers in the area that are more affordable and professional.

Just because she didn't try to find out where my grandkids mom worked. We can't take her back to court for 3 years. I called to tell her she said 2 years. Why would she do this? Child Support was based on min. wage.

Beware!! PLEASE do not hire this attorney! She lures you in and pretends she can really help you, but will do nothing but mess up your case! She screwed up my case from the very beginning! I gave several chances and wasted thousands of dollars before I finally hired a good attorney. She will blame her health and having to move her office several times for the reason for all her mistakes. With my case, I wasted so much time and money, just to have to start over scratch and hire a new attorney to clean up the mess she did to my case. Serioulsy, please look into other attorneys in the Clear Lake area, there are others that will handle your case way better.

Be very weary of this woman. She will sell you out to the other side and take your money. She claims to be a Christian but that is a front to get you to trust her. She will not even listen to you and will outright lie to you all in the name of God. She is incompetent to say the least. She will claim she can't do her job due to health issues which are somewhat true. Stay away from her for your own good.

thought highly of herself but was seriously mistaken.Let other atty file false documents and forced mediation before discovery even after told it should be the other way.Finalized divorce even though i asked to wait until i was out of hospital.Would have had a great case if discovery was before mediation but after money used up she folded and sold me out.
