I was charged with possession of marijuana and suspected of unlawfully carrying a weapon. My family hired Shelby Scott to defend me for $4K. Shelby wanted to me to plea guilty to a plea bargain. I wanted a trial. Shelby Scott withdrew from my case and failed to refund unearned fees.
