Showed up over a half hour late to our initial meeting with the judge and provided information documentation that was proven false by my ex-wife's attorney. My now Ex-Wife has been awarded her full attorney fees and my VA benefits are now being garnished. I have to appeal just to get what is rightfully mine because of his incompetence further straining relations with my son. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

Saw this Attorney for a Child Support issue. Excellent work. I came out way ahead as a Dad.

This attorney comes across with a sound knowledge base and nice personality. Reality: he is disorganized, scattered, lazy and unavailiable, always. He seems to be running but never going any place. I hired him for a simple Elder Law situation and he made my life very complicated. He actually allowed temp. guardianship order to expire. Worse when brought to his attention, made no move to correct situation. Instead avoiding it and this in turn caused more problems for me. He wouldn't move forward with other requirements of case. He wouldn't read documents involved in case, never keeping up with anything, getting everything mixed up. Losing documents, and misfiling. Never returned phone calls. No one in office to answer phone, most times. He claimed he never recieved messages left for him on voice mails. Never responds to e-mails. Doesn't return calls from other attorneys involved in case. He is a huge mess and over bills at too high a rate. In practice with wife. STAY AWAY!
