Do not hire Dennis Shuster, he is an incompetent lawyer, he is just out to built money from his clients.He drained by retaining fee of 3500 dollars and continued Billing me 45 dollars for two sentence e-mails, staff meetings, phone calls, without producing any positive work. I signed a contract with them which stated that when my account reaches Below 750 dollars I would be contacted and asked if I wanted to retain his services to deposit more money in the account. I was never contacted and he continued to bill me drumming up charges to an amount of 2000 dollars negative money, without producing any positive work. This guy is a crook, and he is incompetent. In phone calls with him he would tell me what I wanted to hear but also have no knowledge of the case in hand. Do not hire this man.

I first met Dennis several years ago when I was going through a child custody dispute. Dennis was extremely informative when discussing my case and seemed genuinely concerned for the well being of my child. I would recommend Dennis Schuster to anyone looking for a Family Law Attorney with good morals and judgment.

Dennis M. Schuster, Esq.is an excellent attorney. In regards to a child guardianship case he was able to help up retain guardianship of our daughter's son after she passed away. It was a long case and the father who had not been in the child life until after our daughter passed was not able to come in and take our Grandson from the only home he knew.

Mr schuster has a great deal of knowledge, unfortunately he is dishonest and unethical in his work. I must agree with the comment back in 2007 that states his staff is a mess, well that hasn't changed. Not one person in his staff seemed to ever know what was going on with my case, phone call after phone call with no returned call. Just bad all around, don't walk away from this guy, run!

Attorney avoids working w/ client once he has been paid his retainer. His work is inattentive & dallying; what was most irritating is that he forgets everything about one's case even minutes before the court hearing. "IF YOU REALLY LOVE YOUR CHILDREN, LOOK ELSEWHERE."

Overcharged for everything. $30 to $40 to receive a fax. Even charged $40 for a phone call when I complained about the bill. The staff is a mess and can never find your paperwork. Try another law firm unless you have unlimited money to spend.
