Ms. Gold is a horrifying creature who should be deeply ashamed to call herself a professional. She fails to fulfill her duties with fairness and impartiality, instead allowing her racist biases to taint her work. She recklessly shares her opinions, showing no regard for the court's orders. In my particular case, she was appointed by the court, she published an intern report without giving me a chance to respond. When I attempted to question her under oath, she refused to provide me with the time to do so, forcing me to obtain a court order for the necessary information. She even went so far as to hire a lawyer to represent herself, adding to the absurdity of the situation. Moreover, she has yet to return my money . It is baffling how individuals like her can find peace of mind. I can only hope that Karma eventually catches up with her, if it hasn't already. I strongly advise against hiring her services. This horrific monster was hired by an attorney/court. She cared only about getting paid. She couldn't have cared less about the minor child involved. She dismissed Medical concerns. She dismissed Medical Doctor's advice. She Lied in her report and didn't clarify anything. She Lied to the Judge to make the case so confusing, no one could follow it; she continued to prolong it. The young child's life was turned upside down. She caused this young child copious amounts of emotional distress. She ignored the Law. She ignored Code of Ethics. She cared only about giving Mother of this poor child heartache; a suffering no one could ever imagine. The injustice was handed down because of the lies she told. She lied about issues that did not exist. She canceled meetings, and lied about why they were canceled. This women should lose her License and be Sued for Malpractice including perjury, negligence, causing emotion distress to a minor child and more.

As a parent coordinator she contributed nothing to our case. She was definitely more interested in absorbing her retainer than looking out for the best interest of my child. Because of her lack of input and interest in resolving any of our disputes she has added pointless years to our custody battle. It also doesn't help that her former law partner is a middlesex probate judge.

Giving Nancy a 1 is well above what she deserves for her work and attention to detail in our custody case. Not only did she ask the court twice for an extension of time to submit the report she literally called all the supporting people in a two day period and literally just wrote the report with what they said regardless of how outrageous the comments. She do no follow up to verify anything she heard on the phone and wrote the final report as if it was a 6th grade project with no factually information. Saying she is all about the MONEY is a mild understatement and how she ever become part of the GLA process is beyond me but hopefully over time she will be removed. If you are assigned her beg for a new GAL as she will do nothing to find out what is best for your child. Also ask for a child psychologist to do the report because as an attorney most are not educated in a way to get at what is best for a child's emotional upbringing. If you are looking for a bad experience,Nancy is perfect

Nancy did a wonderful job as our parenting coordinator. She carefully considered both sides and was able to find creative solutions to both reduce the tension while keeping the kid's best interest at heart. She is a thoughtful and attentive person.

To say that Nancy is horrible at her job would be an insult to all those poor workers that are simply horrible at their jobs. My biggest issue with Nancy is that she is an intellectual fraud.....it appears she makes her decision, and then looks for facts to sustain it....and if she cannot find the facts that match her pre-determined decision, she simply makes them up. I have literally never met a lawyer with less skill or less integrity. Stay FAR away from her services, please.

Ms.Greenberg's job is representing the interest of the child rather than that of the parents. And some parents don't appreciate that. The judges know and, by their actions, show that they appreciate the good job that Nancy Greenberg does to look out for the best interest of the children.

NANCY GREENBERG MAY BE A VERY SMART WOMEN BUT WHEN IT COMES TO THE WELL BEING OF A CHILD SHE IS CLUELESS. SHE IS VERY DRAWN TO THE "FATHER" AND HIS AGENDA, NOT THE BEST INTREST OF THE CHILD WHICH IS WHERE HER DUTIES OF A PARENT COORDINATOR SHOULD LIE. I FEEL BAD FOR ANYONE WHO GETS "STUCK" WITH HER.

Horribly biased GAL. doesn't take the well being of the child into consideration at all, makes threats and bullys her way into forcing desperate people to do things her way. the report she made about us was word for word things that the the ex says, complete lies. she does not fact check, and has an archaic view of families and how children should be raised. she made promises to my child ( including calling to check on her once a week ) and never honored them. she called her ONCE in over a year. she is a disgrace and if I could sue her for malpractice ( as I am our first attorney ) I would.

Nancy Gold Greenberg appears as a concerned soft-spoken woman. However, she is clueless when it comes to children and can be swayed into confusion by an abusive manipulator. Her work as a guardian ad litem would be laughable if it didn't create a tragic outcome. However, judges don't take her credible and there have been a few cases where her reports were ignored. Nancy appears to be very drawn to her male client - almost to the point that she is willing to do anything in their favor. Her reports reflect that, as she will make a recommendation with no evidence to back it up. I wouldn't say she's malicious, just not terribly bright or qualified to be making intelligent decisions when it comes to child custody or vistation.
