Robin Stith is a scam. Communication was horrible and nothing was resolved on my case after implicitly expressing what I needed. I've searched high and low for a trustworthy counterpart and after she didn't show for my first hearing, I still trusted her with my case. HUGE mistake. Robin purposely did not show up for hearing again after I paid attorney fees MONTHS I'm advance BUT she sent me a bill with bologna emails and phone calls that were not exchanged with me or other party's to help support my case.

I went through a traumatic divorce and searched for a reasonable divorce attorney. Attorney Stith's fees were a 1/3 less than most attorneys I interviewed. The payment plan really helped me financially and allowed me to maintain my household and get divorced. She really knew her stuff and fought for my children and myself. We got everything we were entitled to and more. Her office was a one stop shop for me because, unfortunately, I needed to file bankruptcy as well. I loved her staff. They made a very difficult situation not seem so bad. The were very helpful, knowledgable, and understanding. They even prayed with me when I was emotionally overwhelmed. I love this office and this attorney. After reading some of the reviews, it's hard to believe we are talking about the same office. I recommend all of my friends and family to Attorney Stith because I am comfident she will take care of all of their needs!

Best lawyer that Columbus has to offer! Her time and dedication is outstanding! She has handled many cases for me and some of my family members over the years. I am honestly surprised that anyone could write anything negative about her. I am guessing that those people must be bitter and/or uneducated about the law and the way things work. Attorney Stith is probably one of the only attorneys in town that isn't out to get your money and who truly cares for you and your well being. She offers great prices and emotional/spiritual support as well. She handled my divorce and custody cases like the pro she is and I will be forever thankful! Highly recommended!!

Her service and attention to your case will be minimum at best. Her office personnel is rude and short, especially when they know they are just taking your money and providing no services. They charge for every little e-mail whether you sent it or someone else copied her. She offers not real legal advice, often leaving you to fend for yourself. She doesn't prepare for court, if she even shows up. She will take your money and provide no results, leaving you with years of legal bills trying to undo her sloppy work.

Unfortuatley Attorney Stith is very poor on communication and not organized. She does too much!! Not fair to all the clients she has to serve in Columbus. The Office assistants are great. But the actual attorney not so much. Sorry would not recommend her for nothing else.

Robin is a committed and compassionate attorney. She is an effective advocate. She has handled 2 cases for me which made my life better. Her fees are reasonable and she allowed a reasonable payment plan when I was not able to provide the money upfront. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. She understands the politics of the court system in Columbus, which is sometimes much more important the the actual law. She has a lot of integrity and works very hard to do the best she can for her clients. My experience with Robin is that she is a good person,a Christian, and excellent attorney.

Robin has handled 3 cases for me and 2 for 2 other family members of mine. Robin was prompt and professional at all times. She is very smart and cares about her clients. She was always upfront with me. She responded to my emails right away. Her assistant and paralegal were always nice and helpful. Her fees were very reasonable. I am hard to please and I have no complaints about my dealings with her. She made me feel like family. I would hire her again. I have and will continue to recommend her.

Robin has the knowledge base but I think she has gotten comfortable with doing as little work as possible once she receives your retainer. She may have been good in her day but, she did not work for me in the way that I needed. She needs to communicate with her clients more.

Beware of Robin and her advertising campaign. She claims to be a christian but she is not. She is a poor communicator who leaves all communication to her assistant. She takes your money and provides nothing in return. I would not recommend her to anyone!
