Dealt with him in the early 70s. Should have known better since the person that suggested him was not a person of great moral value. Again had him do some work and he actually cheated me out of $5000.00. I paid him in cash my own fault and gave him 5000.00 to much. Realized it just after I left office called he said I didn't. Now I know why he talked for an hr about nothing. Anyway he has pasted away.
