I paid this attorney a good deal of money and he was basically inept. I wish I had done my homework prior to hiring this attorney. He most definitely takes advantage of people who are vulnerable. he convinced me to plead guilty and I later discovered I had the evidence to vacate my guilty finding and my the evidence was irefutable and he refused he basically destroyed my life. His goal is to please the district attorneys rather than properly defend his clients. I'm very upset and angry.

Mr. Ippolito worked tirelessly on my case to get my sentence reduced. I am forever grateful that he succeeded in doing so. Without his help I would have had difficulty getting further employment in the field I was trained in. This saved my financial future. I highly recommend Mr. Ippolito.

I found Mr. Ippolito to be very knowledgeable on the law and very aggressive in court. He kept fighting for me until he achieved a great outcome. I highly recommend Mr. Ippolito.

He really cared about my case and was very attentive. The other negative reviews were probably from clients who can never accept the truth of their situation.

Without a doubt I wish I had done some research about this individual, I agree with previous reports concerning the moneys, that is all he is interested not the client's welfare. In this case he could have hired a detective to do client's due diligence, instead he used only police half truths and did absolutely nothing to prove the innocence on our family member, as far as communication is concerned, he seldom avoided talking to us to inform any changes or news. That kept us in despair, indeed when we were in dire straits he immediately took action but not without charging us first, we certainly feel cheated. Next time, if there is a next time I will certainly question the lawyer with pertaining issues such as Can I have a copy of your profile that contains your Bio-data, or have you ever handled a case similar to my case? What result did you get?

Avoid this lawyer. You will get more help from a Public Defender. This lawyer sounds good when you first talk to him, however, he is quickly determining how to plead your case to the DA. He is very expensive and results are not satisfactory to his client. He is only interested in his pocket. I rate his knowledge as average because he really does make up is mind about how he will handle your case on your first visit. Communication is low and also tenacity because he is not clear nor will he follow thru for his client's benefit. If I could rate him lower than bad for value I would. He is far to expensive for the quality of his work. Take your chances with a Public Defender rather than this lawyer.

Beware of this attorney. He does not care about his client. I had a case with him and I had to take a deal because I saw that he wasen't putting any effort. The DA was kicking his butt and he didn't seem to care. It seems that all he cares about is getting you whatever deal he can so he dosen't need to worry about your case. No wonder he only advirtice with the hispanics community people they are the only people that he can work for because they don't speak english and don't know there rights. Don't trust him with your case if you do you'll loose!

He does not care about his clients he seems very attentive at first yet I have never seen him write any notes on our appointments its no wonder he does such a HORRIBLE job. But once you hand him 1/2 of the money he doesn't care about you or your case anymore. He has a reputation for not being clear about what he will do for you. He takes advantage of clients who don't know their rights and people who can't speak English. Don't risk your case with Ippolito because you will end up losing your case like we did he admited he only spoke with the judge about our case for 10 minutes! and he still demanded his other half. Be Ware of this attorney Not worth risking your case!
