1000 charachters isn't enough to express how awful this law firm is. Short and sweet? They never answer phone calls, never return phone calls, set dates and appointments without consulting you, turn down settlement offers and file for trial without ever consulting you, and the list goes on. I have done all the work on this case. The only time they have EVER contacted me is when they NEED something or need me present for something. They are a rip off and do not care about the best interest of the client AT ALL. Their staff changes every six months, no one knows the answer to any questions if you ever DO get to talk to someone. They will allow you to meet and speak with him when you first come on board but after that, no way jose! I've been with them for three years now and my case is still not settled and I'm still in pain. THEY ARE AWFUL!
