I lost my case and now things are 150% worse. He did not turn paperwork in on time and did not do anything at all but cash my check. I turned him in to the state bar and he got in trouble but still working. I wished I knew about these reviews before my life went to hell. He is not on your side he could care less. Do not hire him.

I think he does not know everything he claims he does and he does not go out of his way to help you at all. He talks down to you and makes you feel stupid and your wasting his time.

Mr. Roos represented me in a time of my life when I was at my weakest and I had no knowledge or experiance in the area of divorce. The fear of unknown was present with me, but I soon found confort in the experiance and expertise of Mr. Roos. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. ROOS AND I REFER FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO HIS FIRM!!! Thank you Bert for all you did to ensure my children and I's well being. YOU ARE AWESOME!!! Michael and the kids!

this is the worst lawyer in town He hates women and is so disrespectful. He never allows a woman to speak, he just speaks over her with his big brash antics. A small man with a big complex. I would never use this guy, my first meeting with him was so awful I never went back.

This lawyer did not take the time to review any information that I sent him for my case. He did not look back at the previous court orders to get a clear view of the case. He did not communicate with me prior to the case. He did not even read the financial affadavit of the noncustodial parent. When we had the court hearing, afterwards he said he did not know the other party had other kids! That information was in the affadavit! I asked him to request more information about my children fathers income and he did not. So now my child support will go down and who knows what else will change when the child support and parenting plan modification comes out next week. I am very regretful for using him.

This lawyer is truly awful; we lost our shirts because of him- and Bert Roos truly couldn't care less. He is disrespectful, dishonest and has absolutely no ethics. He will lie to you, and make you wonder if YOU are the one who is crazy. The Arizona Bar is in the process of disciplining this attorney, and hopefully he will not be able to continue to harm others. The staff that he employs in his office are definitely not the brightest, and help to enhance an already frustrating experience. We will be filing a complaint with the bar to hopefully recoup some of our money.

He doesnt truly care about your needs and make every effort to protect you. He double talks and says one thing and does another. There is no real time spent to ensure you get the best quality you deserve.

Very poor experience. Has had 35 complaints filed against him with the Az state bar, and I can't say I'm surprised. Is currently on probation; disappointed he is permitted to continue practicing law.
