I have been involved in several cases involving Beth Boniface and I have first hand knowledge of her conduct, which was quite shocking, to say the least. Beth Boniface has absolutely no morals or ethics. She coaches witnesses to lie, which is technically subornation to perjury. She herself lies, lies and lies and makes up bizarre desperate stories that she invents, out of thin air. It is clear from her (mis)conduct that she does not believe in the law or the rules of civil procedure, which she treats as a joke. In sum, Beth Boniface is a pathological liar, absolutely devoid of any morals or shame. She is a disgrace to the legal profession and totally unfit for it.

Beth Boniface was above and beyond a pleasure to work with. Beth is very intelligent, understanding, personable and nonjudgmental. She maintained thorough communication with me through the entire process. It was a bit lengthy due to the type of (family) case that it was, through no fault of her own, but she maintained an explanation of everything in detail with me. She is professional and has a passion for helping people, and I think that is what makes her so good at what she does. I highly recommend Beth Boniface for anybody that needs assistance related/but not limited to family law. It is money well worth spending (she doesn't charge you an arm and a leg!) and you will be very satisfied! Thank you Beth for everything you did for me, I greatly appreciate it. (:

Beth is a very good attorney. She has handled several different types of legal work for me over the years and has done a great job. She is very conscientious, trustworthy and diligent. She is an outstanding attorney both in and out of Court. I have recommended her to several of my friends and they have all been extremely satisfied with her work. I have read the negative comments in this website and it is a shame that people are allowed to anonymously damage an attorney's reputation and the attorney is not allowed to respond as it would violate attorney/client privilege. Beth is a very ethical and diligent and you can rest knowing you have the best of the best working for you!

Time is of the essence in my case, and she went 2 months without returning my phone calls. There is NO excuse for not returning a phone call. I will report her to the bar association!!

Absoultly the worst excuse for a Lawyer there is!!!I hired her for a divorce and the day I called her she said she could meet me the next morning at 8:00am, She did and she told me how everything would go and what to expect. After that date during the next 2 YEARS she only met with me 1 other time. Not only will she lie to you she will withhold IMPORTANT information that you need to know and then of course your screwed and nothing you can do about it. If your case involves getting money for anything or anything of value PLEASE find someone else YOU WILL REGRET HIRING HER!!!!She also is not very knowledgeable or she thinks everyone but her is STUPID because she will tell you things that everyone knows isnt true. She will literally cost you your caseon purpose!!!She withheld information from me about filing a appeal and of course I didnt know the procedures that is why I hired her. I have phone records of how many times I called her which also shows she never returned my calls!

Will never return your calls. Can never get in touch with her. Almost a year and my "uncontested " divorce still doesn't have a court date.
