Mr. Scafiddi helped me get a two felony count charge settled down to a misdemeanor. I was facing 6 years in state prison and only received probation. He is very genuine and from the very beginning I could tell that he cared about me and my family. He was amazing to watch in action at the pre-trial! I recently had the opportunity of viewing Mr. Scafiddi during a felony trial. His client was charged with two very serious crimes. It was obvious that Mr. Scafiddi was well prepared for this extensive trial. Not only did he show complete respect for the judicial system and all its members, he was compassionate to his client, his client’s family members and even the witnesses he questioned. Mr. Scafiddi left no stone unturned, no question unanswered and shined the brightest light on the truth. His client was found not guilty of all charges and acquitted. Mike represented my brother who had a number of serious charges. Mike managed to reduce the charges to a misdemeanor. He is professional, has high integrity and was always available to my brother and family for questions. Mike has a vested interest in my brother's well being in the long term and not just during the case. He assisted in getting my brother admitted to rehab when the case ended. His relationships and familiarity with the San Bernardino Court House proved to be value added. My family researched and interviewed many attorneys while assisting my brother in choosing an attorney and my brother made the right choice. Although Mike was excellent, this is a service I do not which to go back for. However, we whole heartedly support and highly recommend Mike Scaffidi and his law offices.

I had an extremely difficult DUI case to fight. Mr. Scafiddi (and his entire staff) gave my case their 100% effort both in the courtroom and to me personally as well. During this difficult time I knew I was in the best of hands and my case was settled to the best result possible. Additionally, Mr. Scaffidi was able to win the DMV hearing -- something that only happens in 5% of cases so I was able to keep my license. I could not be more thankful that I selected him and his firm for representation, they are truly the best in the business.

I came to Mr. Scafiddi in August of 2011 after being arrested in the Temecula wine country for DUI. I was out with my wife and two friends, had 2 glasses of wine over a 2 hour period, and I was stopped by a CHP officer after leaving a winery. I failed the breath analyzer test and 1 and 1/2 hours later tested a 0.1 with a blood test. Michael was able to prove utilizing expert testimony that I had a rising BAC that was below 0.08 at the time I was driving. He was completely prepared at to go to trial and we settled for a dry reckless. His preparation swayed the DA to settle the case. The utilization of expert testimony was paramount to winning the DMV hearing and my license was not suspended. If you hire Michael, do what he asks and give him the ammunition he needs to win your case.

Our case involved a 2nd DUI with GBI which should have been a felony. As you can imagine a parent's nightmare. Michael immediately met with us and clearly explained the events to come. As a result of Michael's highly trained and courteous staff, his tenacity and knowledge, the charges were reduced to a misdemeanor.

I was pulled over and cited with a DUI in February 2011. A family member suggested Michael Scafiddi as a great attorney for this type of case. I called the next day, and he talked with me in great detail that night about my case. Just from that conversation I knew I was in good hands.
Mike took care of me all the way. We spent over a year battling my case between the Courts and DMV. He personally went to every one of my DMV hearings and really put his heart into it. I cannot tell you how many times we were on the phone at 9pm at night talking about my case. He really cares and it showed.
His staff was all very professional and comforting. They always had the right answer for me.
I had somewhat of a complicated case and really thought there was no hope. In the end after about a dozen court and DMV hearings, my .11 becamse a DRY RECKLESS. NO DUI!

He's a great attorney who saved my college career. Michael handled my DUI case. I was charged with possession and a DUI misdemeanor. I was facing a license suspension over a year and a possible 30-day sentence to county jail. This would have ruined my chances of maintaining my university attendance. My husband was recently facing serious felony charges. We were told by the "public pretender" that we could be looking at 3-5 years. I hired Mr. Scafiddi to defend my husband and was amazed that he worked out a deal with the DA prior to going before the judge where the felony was dropped to a misdemeanor, we only had to pay a 200 dollar fine and have informal probation for 3 years. I hired Mike facing a Second DUI with a .21 and a potential hit and run. Throughout the long and harrowing experience, Mike never gave up and treated my case just as he would any other "big" case he had. We fought the DMV and won, and we fought with the DA and had the charges reduced to a Wet and Reckless. One of the best decisions I have ever made was to hire Michael Scafiddi to defend me. 2 of my cousins and I were charged with some very serious felony assult charges. We each had our own attorney. Mr. scafiddi (Michael) Is a wonderful man 1st and formost and he is a excellant attorney. We have never been involved in the justice system and Micheal helped us through it. I would write him with all kinds of concerns and he never made me feel like my feelings were not important. I had only called this one firm when my loved one was jailed for false allegations. Mike and his associates all represented me. As a collective team all of the attorney's involved in my case were excellent. I won at the DMV hearing. Additionally, I had an excellent out come in the court for my DUI. They did the best they possible could for me. Mike was not always there but his associates were all knowledgable and helped me through this tough time in my life. The office support was always GREAT. They never treated me like a criminal or bad person they always treated me like a individual and a friend. Granted, you may not always win your case but with this firm they will help you get the best possible outcome of your case. I was released (out on bail) i had no $ i need to use the phone and i walk into a office after the let me use the phone i asked if thry new of an attonery, i believe it was faith that they gave me Michael #. I was at my first appearance for a court matter and the lawyer I had retained was not on time, actually never showed up. As one can imagine I was pretty overwhelmed. I was nervous and did not know what to do. As I waited I ran into Michael Scafiddi, who himself was busy at the time. Michael took the time to sit down, explain everything to me. He then contacted my lawyer who was not even on his way to the court yet. Michael got permission from him, made a special appearance for me, and then took over the case and resolved it without any help from the attorney I had actually paid to be there. Michael never received a penny for his efforts, although I have since thanked him with a gift and card. That is all that he would accept and said that wasnt even necessary. I am extremely grateful for Michael's integrity, caring, and helpful personality.

Mr. Scafiddi is an awesome attorney. I picked up a DUI charge in December of 2009,I was a nervous wreck having such a charge because of the impact that it would have both my personal& business goals. Upon my initial consultation with him, I felt much relief and a sense of confidence with him agreeing to handle my case. was very bad experience, he said he would handle my case personally yet when i wen to court it was another person handling it for him. he also said that it will be a guarantee that i would win the case(dui) and at the end i ended up paying over 2500 hundred in fees adn worst thing is he never picked up his phone and explain why he didnt handle my case and let another person handle it for him!

Michael Scafiddi is an excellent lawyer. I contacted him to assist my daughter in a criminal matter. Initially he spent nearly one hour at his office giving her free advice and subsequently he took over the case from another attorney who we were not comfortable with. He took over the case with hesitation because he is a professional who is a strong believer in the integrity of the profession and supportive of his fellow lawyers. In any event, at our request he and his office staff which includes other attorneys and an investigator spent considerably more time on her case than was expected based on the flat retainer. Not only did he represent her at sentencing he went back to court four months later to finalize the disposition without asking for another penny. For traffic or DUI issues, you can't go wrong with Michael Scafiddi as a defender.
My case was a quick issue, but I would have still marked a '10' for Tenacity on this rating system. He thought the charges were outrageous and was adamant from the start that he would address it properly.

In my experience with the law as a former worker with CDC at Chino Prison for Men-I have met a genuine honest Man. I am not sure if Michael knows God but He sure does have the integrity of a real Man of God. Mr. Scafiddi was kind to my Family, honest, forthright, genuine and had a commitment to me as a victim that I will always appreciate.
